How important sport/exercising and intramural in our life

            People nowadays are not used to sports. They are always at the front of the screen of their laptops or desktops. So that their lifestyle is not healthy. They lack exercise. Do you know the importance of sports in our life?

            Sports/exercising are the best way to lose weight and make us perspire. If you’re not doing exercise everyday, you may have “rayuma” early.Lack of exercise is the reason why your joints are suffering from pain. That’s why athletes have long life because they are doing exercise for their sport. And exercise makes you good in sport like in intramurals

            So let’s get moving people. We can have longer life if we exercise regularly. Eat properly not just eat junk foods and soft drinks it may cause sickness and it can lead to death. Let us change our bad habits. Lets exercise once in a while for our body.
